We have noticed that the AI support replies were not a fully reliable solution for the #quick-support channel. We’d like to revamp the whole system, by adding static responses that are sent based on a few keywords. As the support bot has a whole lot of topics to cover, we’d kindly ask you guys to write
questions and responses to the most
frequently asked questions.
