We want to gather the peoples opinions on our current support system. As support is one of the main aspects of our server, we are always trying to enhance it. With this survey we aim to gather some important information and suggestions about the current support system from the people who use it. We believe that getting the prospective of the people who use the support system would be the best way to improve on it to make support that much easier for all.
